The fact that there's not a thread on one the biggest trends in the restaurant industry for the past few years

We have a few food trucks that frequent my campus and they are so delectable and good. Honestly most of the best food I've ever had were from food trucks.

It is indeed a "thing" at least in big cities. You can't turn a corner without seeing one.

My campus has 15-20 food trucks in front of our major library/the beginning of our downtown every day with tons of different cultural foods. I haven't tried any yet because I don't use cash but I've heard great things and the prices aren't bad.
