Amy returned to writing music in 2011 because of Adele's success with 21. She had the urge to release more music, but I think she would have married and had children some time after. Therefore I think she would've semi-retired before age 30.
Perhaps she would have done a Lily Allen and released an album much later, aged 35. Plus collaborations here and there.
