...over an album?


On some pop music sites or forums, there are people who would type up paragraphs over a song. It's not that serious to be typing up essays over it, just enjoy the music.

No. Maybe they just have a lot to say. As a fellow member I can judge whatthey say, not how they say it.

No but really some of us are just wordy. I try to keep it to 3 lines maximum per post for fear of being judged for caring too much.

No. I find it idiotic when an album review by a fan looks like this:

1. BOP
2. BOP.
3. BOOOOO
4. too long intro
5. mediocre
6. BOP
7. ...........[lost interest]

No. Pop music is most likely something they're passionate about if they're on a pop music forum. I think it's idiotic to care about something so insignificant.

But that's why we are here though? Pop music/culture is our passion, we don't go out in real life speaking essays and stuff because nobody would even care, but we can make a point and discuss here with people that actually get it.

Do you know what I find idiotic, people who complain about pop culture yet are choosing to be a part of it, specifically music and this forum. Writing so-called essays is not a problem at all. Sometimes we have a lot to say. whether it's talking about a song, album, charts, tours, TV shows, Random Thoughts, etc.

It's entertaining and it's why we're here. Like someone mentioned already, we can't talk about these subjects anywhere else. Let me just repeat that in case you didn't understand:

What else are you supposed to do with music though. How sad would it be if people just listened on their own and never discussed it. Why would people ever share their music with others in the first place?
