Assaulted? If someone tries to sexually assault me I will slap their face off.

Can't say it happens on a regular basis. One time it happened was when I was in Auckland and went to a gay bar with two of my friends and they started hooking up and I was just awkwardly there, DRUNK, and this gross old man came over and started feeling me up and I remember just standing there still thinking "Could this night get any worse?" but letting him.

If it's just harmless stuff like groping, I just brush it off.

If it's something serious like rape, then there is no "normal" reaction. You're allowed to react to the situation however you feel like, and you shouldn't let anybody try to control your reaction.

If something like that does happen to you, then I would say that best thing to do would be to confide in a close friend and talk about it. That will help.

it started out harmless and fun but it got very serious
I'm a guy and i feel like i won't be taken seriously
while i was running away the first time i was documenting everything on snapchat, then when i ran away the second time i documented it again on SC and not one ****ing person hit me up asking about my welfare

I agree that there is a stigma that harms the gay community when it comes to sexual assault, being that we seem to enjoy any sort of sexual contact.

Report it to the police, if you feel unsafe. They SHOULD be trained in handling these situations. I live in LA, though.

EDIT: Not sure where you live, but there might be hotlines you could call to talk to someone about your options. If you are in the closet, they probably have options for that, too.
