Its could be a winner if you arent doing any kind of development. I need to play with it in person and look at real world speed vs spec bumps. Im still not a fan of 2 in 1 OS's but on the surface this looks solid.
The concerns I have are:
- limited storage for a $1500 entry price point
- no USB C
- dGPU not in the display
- dGPU is only for $1800 version
- compared to macbooks at the same prices its underpowered
- trackpad is crap
- tablet mode battery life only about 3 hours
Id still probably recommend a lenovo machine at this time if you want a solid windows laptop.
How is it not a dedicated GPU? Did you see Intel Graphics written there?
They're using the new Intel Skylake processors, so I bet that even with a let's say, 1GB GDDR5, you could still have a lot of power in that machine. It's a GeForce.

Microsoft would he lucky if this sells more than the Macbook Pro from 2012 in its first Quarter, that Apple have kept on sale due to strong sales

3 hour tablet battery? Flop out of the door.
People use devices like this to leave the base at home on their desk, and take the tablet to work. It's going to flop if it can't perform it's purpose
