In the annual TIME 100 issue they name the people who most affect our world in categories including Leaders, Heroes, Artists, and Thinkers and rank them as the world's most influential people.

She isn't a pop act, she is a performance artist. She herself is the art. She is the sculpture.

Wrong. The final list is made by the editors, not voters.

They also count total votes so giving zeros would even help.
