Why do I get a strange feeling that the media is setting all this up and paying the women to act that would be really disgusting of the media if true and there's no way in hell that 50 ppl could've been molested I mean some of them would've came out a long time ago.

It takes ages for people to cope with rape, especially someone as powerful as Cosby. The fact that they have now come out with their story shows how comfortable they feel with it now.

Victims feel so alone and don't want to come forward. Especially against Bill Cosby of ALL people. It only takes one person to open the floodgates and even if 49 people are lying, the fact he raped the 50th is enough to make him disgusting.

When a victim admits something, it makes it easier for other victims because a) being the first is always hardest b) it makes it more believable the fact that so women are saying the same thing c) it'll be a relief to get it off your chest and after many years it makes it easier.
