Why do so many people think Kesha is lying about Dr Luke? I always see ATRL/Twitter users accuse her of lying about her case.

Will the actions of those accusing her of lying make other rape victims feel like they will suffer the same accusations if they speak up?

Do you think people should take anybody's side or should people remain neutral until the court decides?

Personally, I believe Kesha. She seems like a genuine soul and there's just something honest about her so I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt.



And one last question: How would you feel if your fave was in the same situation as Kesha and claimed a producer raped her? Would you take her side or remain neutral?

There is no legitimate proof. It's just as likely that ATRL and pop stans are attacking an innocent man for no reason and making life difficult for his wife and kids.

I think her story just seemed very fickle and didn't add up.

Because she has no evidence so innocent until proven guilty. The fact that her mother allegedly knew for 10 years and did nothing is even more alarming.

Innocent until proven guilty People should remain neutral until the evidence pours in and we hear the specifics of their arguments.

I've heard some people say they think Kesha is lying because of inconsistencies in her story - something about how she said she was forced to sing some songs and how her lawyer lied about Gaga being raped by Luke too. I'm not really sure.

Didn't she flat out refuse to provide evidence that she had though? Like, if you have evidence, why the hell would you hide it?

It's nothing more than accusations at this point.

Because it's a civil case and she's trying to get out of her record deal, it if were a criminal one i think more people would pause before calling her a liar.

If Dr Luke had something to hide, I think he'd have released her from their contract a long time ago to try and keep her quiet, because it seems like that's what she wants more than anything.

Plus, her lawyer lying that Dr Luke also raped Gaga ruined any credibility her case might have had.

Evidence for a rape victim is very very hard to get.
I believe her, I can't imagine how she feels. Locked in a contract with a rapist, not able to be the musician she wants and most of all, being an abuse victim and several people don't believe her
