Chloe is a solid actress (like Jennifer and Kristen as well from their franchises) and the story has just enough hook to hopefully pull people into the seats. I'm totally going to see it but I pray to god this is a success. The books were fantastic so I'm ready.

Kristen is not a bad actress, as proven in her later films but in Twilight she was really bad.
The release date is a major indication that the studio doesn't have much faith in this.. hope it can breakout because we really need a new huge YA franchise

Not sure why but they already planned to release it in January before even filming. Why did they still want to film it if they did not have faith in it?
