What are some of your favorite Caribbean dishes?

I could literally go for days but some of my favorites are:

1.)Curry Chicken and Rice(Or Dumpling)

2.) Brown Stew Chicken /w rice

3.) Ackee and Saltfish /w Fried Dumpling (though I do with out the Ackee )

4.) Oxtails

5.) Caribbean Broth

I've never had any Caribbean food but I would love to and I'd also love to go there as well

I don't really eat a lot of Caribbean food even though my parents own a West Indian restaurant

I had some BANGING Maccaroni pie with stew chicken and pepperpot with fresh baked bread last night. im Guyanese tho so this is an everyday type situation

Oh I forgot the one thing.

"Pudding and Souse" - Sliced Boiled Breadfruit with chopped cucumber soaked in lime and peppers with Pig Ear, or leg. The pudding is this dark sweet sauce that tastes really good.
