Yes, but for iPhone you have to go to the bottom and click reset statics if you want to have a control for each month (I know it sucks ) when was your last reset?

I have unlimited data and my wifi is horrible at home so a lot of the time I switch to using the data when the wifi doesn't work. Plus I watch/listen to a lot of Youtube videos when I am out.
