I Kissed a Girl topped the Hot 100 for 7 consecutive weeks and has sold 4.6 million in the United States. Disturbia topped the Hot 100 for 2 consecutive weeks and has sold 4.8 million.
I Kissed a Girl has been viewed over 150M times (including Pre-VEVO views) on YouTube. Disturbia has been viewed over 144M times (also including Pre-VEVO views). Interestingly, Disturbia has been viewed more times since the launch of VEVO and is on track to become Rihanna's next VEVO-certified video (having 96M VEVO views).
Disturbia also gets more recurrent sales with less recurrent airplay.
I'd say both are not that remembered but IKAG is definitely more remembered than Disturbia. Rihanna's most remembered is Umbrella, Katy's is either Firework, CG or Roar.
