Madeline Stuart has joined the likes of fellow Australian models Miranda Kerr and Abbey Lee Kershaw by making her New York Fashion Week debut.
But there's just one difference which makes the teen's journey so special - she's one of the world's rare models with Down syndrome.
The 18-year-old from Brisbane walked for American label FTL Moda's Spring 2016 collection, wearing two outfits and taking a bow with designers to close the show.
