So, turns out The Splat isn't a 24-hour network, but it's still technically a network as it has (probably) become the new Nick @ Nite. And it will air on the main Nick channel.
The programming maneuver comes as many kids’ programmers are scrambling to stem significant ratings losses that have resulted from many of TV’s youngest viewers migrating to streaming-video, mobile tablets and smartphones and subscription-on-demand services offered by Netflix and Amazon.
And how does making a programming block alleviate this lol? They should just sell these old cartoons to Netflix/Amazon so I can watch it whenever I want on any device. Nobody wants to tune into a channel at a specific time just to watch ads.

kids in school now dont even know what 90s nick is,
as they were born in the 2000s lol
Nickelodeon got so tragic at the turn of the decade
I mean it was at its peak in the 90's, but at least the 2000's had some cult classics like Zoey 101, Drake and Josh, the Amanda Show, Spongebob, Fairly Odd Parents
Like, what shows are even on it now.....
Edit: LMAO The teennick twitter is STILL talking about Zoey 101 as if its a current show...
