BET noms out, Nicki dominates!
Quote:
Big Sean tallied 12 nominations, including Lyricist of the Year, showing just how much he improved on the mic with Dark Sky Paradise. Nicki Minaj secured nine nominations, including Album of the Year, MVP and Best Live Performer. Rivals Kendrick Lamar and Drake were also at the top of the field, with Drizzy getting two nominations for Best Featured Verse. Yet, while all of those artists had monster years, perhaps Future has the strongest case for MVP. His seven nominations include three of the five Mixtape of the Year slots — plus everyone at Made In America, including Beyoncé, was bumping his stuff.
