Brit was at Iroha Sushi in Studio City with restaurant tycoon Harry Morton. If the Morton name sounds familiar it's because Harry's the grandson of Morton Steakhouse founder Arnie Morton. He once dated Lindsay Lohan. That one didn't go well.

Harry's the CEO of The Pink Taco franchise, which has a restaurant at The Hard Rock in Vegas ... just down the street from Planet Hollywood, where Britney just signed a $35 million extension.

Also, Britney's new deal isn't for $35 million. Her deal is a $5 million dollar pay rise from her last pay. If you recall, she signed for $30 million and then got a raise about a year later. So her new deal would be for about $53 million.
