The Geordie is reportedly being lined up to take over Simon Cowell's Syco entertainment company after five years behind the judges' desk on X Factor.
This year saw Cheryl become the show's new executive producer and she says Simon is already preparing for her to take over.
“He’s saying that himself. He feels it’s happening and he’s proud of it," Cheryl told the Evening Standard's ES Magazine
"I love nurturing talent. It’s what I want to do with my future, management, developing an artist."
“I understand it from both sides. I’ve learned from the execs how cut-throat it is, as well as being a performer, which Simon doesn’t because he’s never done it.”
Simon said: "I naturally consult Cheryl more because she's been working with me for a long time.
"She's passionate about the show and isn't just in it for the cash. She's very involved and she's definitely happier than a year ago, much happier."
Updated the OP with the Amazing covershoot she did for ES!
XF Executive producer sounds awesome for Cheryl. Boss. And she should take over SyCo, when he retires and start taking care of his family.
Lmfao, only that for a UK star her career slays. She is more than a singer & she is showing it. And if this happens and by the looks of it it might - she IS taking care of her future music career also... ATRL...
