Poll: Adopt or Egg donor?

When u are ready for a child, will u adopt or use an egg donor/sperm bank?

If you hate children and wish them all to hell like me, pretend u have to have one.
The first minute of this video inspred the thread:

With gays/lesbians the kids are gonna be "50%" of them. With str8s it will be "100%". (Take this statement loosely. its an uneducated assumption. But u get what i mean.) So in that case, I'd rather adopt. And personally, I'd prefer to save an orphan.
However i've read, through stem cells, same sex reproduction is now possible. You can read more about it here.

So if this science becomes easily attainable and safe when you're ready. Will you still adopt/egg donor? Why?

Well neither really, I don't want kids.

But if I had to pick it'd be adoption, there are already far too many people on this planet and there is no point in adding to the problem when there are children who have already been born that need homes.

I def want to have kids in the future with my partner, I have simpathy for adoption, but I find it fascinating having someone with my genes or my partner's genes. I wish there was a way to combine mine and my partner's DNA so that the child are both ours and the surrogate of course.

But I also kinda want to help an orphan because there are so many, but also kinda scared it the child turns out a sociopath or have a **** personality because of his parent's DNA.

I understand the adoption process is really lengthy and hard but i'd rather adopt why bring another child into this world when all around the world there are kids without loving families going through the horrid foster care system etc it seems incredibly selfish and self centred to do otherwise

I kind of wanted a biological child, but I would feel bad for not adopting because there's a lot of kids out there who need homes. It's not really that important anyways for a child to be biologically yours.

If I ever had a kid it would be through adoption. Even if I end up with an opposite sex partner. I don't want biological kids ever.

My plan = common egg donor...

Assuming I have kids (still on the fence), my ideal method would be to use a common egg donor for both my partner and I. If I do have kids, I'll definitely have more than one (so they have company), which allows both of us to contribute our DNA, while at the same time allowing the kids to be biologically related via the egg donor.

I'm also open to adoption as well though...
