Problem has not sold 9M, this includes streaming so it's not sales alone.
Anyway Poker Face is nearly 14-15M at this point and Bad Romance is her second best selling with 12M downloads alone.

Problem didn't sell 9M, IFPI uses shippements. It actually sold around 6,75M.
Avril's highest selling single is Girlfriend with more than 9,5M copies sold worldwide.

Love the Way You Lie sold over 13 million. I'm not sure where it's at now.
As a lead artist, it's probably We Found Love or Umbrella. Both sold over 10 million.
