Eight most iconic Simpsons characters
Who are they and in which order? Feel free to order more than eight.
IMO: Homer > Bart > Lisa > Marge > Ned Flanders > Mr Burns > Maggie > Moe Syzlack

I don't know, I think Marge is so basic, she's only famous for her hair
I would place the iconic Mr. Burns above her

Homer > Bart > Marge > Mr. Burns > Maggie > Ned Flanders > Krusty > Lisa
I'm a diehard fan of the series, and I love Lisa, but her influence is just not that big IMO.

The whole family should all be in the top 5 then Krusty, Apu, Milhouse, Nelson and Mr. Burns.
Honorable Mentions Include:
Ralph Wiggum, Patty, Selma, Comic Book Guy and Grampa.

Marge and Lisa don't even rank in the top 25, get real.
Homer, Bart, Maggie, Mr. Burns, Ralph Wiggum, Nelson Muntz, Skinner's mom, Patti&Selma, heck even Grampa are all more iconic than Marge. Lisa's apparently the most popular character in Japan tho!

I can't at the lack of Apu...
In no order:
Apu
Bart
Homer
Mr. Burns
Marge
Maggie
Flanders
Nelson

Mess Marge and Lisa are automatically top five because of their association with the Simpsons family. Besides, they have substantial, discrete personalities that make the show hilarious.
