I use Australasia usually. Oceania occasionally.

For me, Oceania = Australia, New Zealand and all the small island states there
Australasia = Australia, NZ, the small island states and South East Asia

Australia is a country and Oceania is the continent with Australia and all those tiny islands

Oceania is the only one that sounds good.

Oceania is a region, Australia is both a country (mainland) and a continent (incl. New Guinea, Tasmania and other ****. ). New Zealand ain't part of any damn continent. She's the indie of countries.

Oceania sounds the prettiest and is less Australia-specific.

Tasmania is a state in the country of Australia, so no.

Regardless, Australia is both its country and continent.
