Cynthia Bailey possibly demoted after the Porsha fight

Cynthia Bailey didn't even make it a full season, and she's already on the verge of following in Porsha Williams' footsteps -- as in, getting demoted.
In the wake of the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" fight -- where Cynthia kicked Porsha -- production sources tell us show honchos are reviewing footage of the incident and weighing their options for discipline.
We're told producers want to see just how bad (or good, for ratings) the fight was ... and there's a possibility Cynthia could be demoted to the dreaded 'friend of the cast' title -- as opposed to full cast member. And yes, that would mean a cut in pay too.
As for why PW's neck isn't on the line? We're told there's no rule against antagonizing -- hell, that's the meat of the show -- but getting physical crosses the line.
This is old hat for Porsha ... who got bumped down after her epic Kenya Moore brawl. She's hoping to earn a promotion this season.

Okay, I got a clearer version of the chain of events that led up to the altercation. It seems that Porsha brought her friend Shamea to the boat. Shamea was not invited but they let her on anyway. Porsha seemed emboldened to have her friend there and they drank a lot and were twerking and being obnoxious toward Cynthia and Kenya. There seems to be a big difference between Porsha attacking Kenya and Cynthia kicking Porsha. Porsha never walked away from Kenya. If this is true, Cynthia walked far away to get her space and Porsha followed her getting up in her personal space and hurling insults. Cynthia was still between Kenya and Porsha at that reunion. She wasn't actually in her face when Porsha zapped out.
At first, I supported Porsha, but realizing just how dumb she is and how messy she tries to be, I really don't care what happens to her at this point.

Porsha is confusing. I hope Cynthia isn't kicked off.
Cynthia's been on for so long I'm not sure if she'd be demoted the way Porsha was. I hope not since she's finally serving some spice but if they go for the same treatment, it will happen.
Cynthia just said she didn't support violence after the Porsha/Kenya fight and Porsha took it as her taking Kenya's side (before proceeding to instigate with Cynthia). This incident doesn't change that. She snapped. It happens.
The real hypocrisy would be Porsha instigating a fight after being instigated with by Kenya during their altercation. Not to mention her excuse for her violence was being pushed to her limit which she clearly just did to Cynthia.
