Wonder Girls don't regret their flop US crossover attempt

At the height of their popularity, South Korean girl group Wonder Girls focused their promotions in the United States, which many critics have called a failed venture.
But for Wonder Girls member Yenny, what others saw as a wrong move was for her a defining moment in her career - and she felt no remorse for trying to make it in the United States, reports Allkpop.
"A lot of people don't believe this, but it is true that I feel no regret regarding our advancement into the United States, and it was a precious time for me," said Yeeun in an interview during the Wonder Girls' comeback showcase.
The group recently returned as a foursome band with a new album Reboot.
Yeeun also recounted a few cherished memories from her U.S. activities, and she said that the experience has given her more confidence to try new things as an artist.
"In the past, there was no such thing as free time. When I opened my eyes in the morning, I'd have to go somewhere, go somewhere else briefly, etc., so [that time] is more blurry. Being in America was a time where I was able to think over what I liked and what I wanted to do."
"If I was to be told we should go back to the United States, it could be scary, but regarding putting down what I had at the time, I had felt no burden or fear. I feel like because there was that time, I have even less fear about trying new things, like a band."
