Who is this guy? And why didn't anyone tell me he'd be my next boyfriend?

In reality he's not like amazingly hot, but I'm so unimpressed by attractiveness of most male pop singers that he stands out a little bit. The song is just alright, but I'm sorta into the video. Not bad for an unknown/new artist on his first video (I'm assuming it's his first).
