This year, in addition to naming Esquire's seventh-annual Sexiest Woman Alive in the November issue, we are conducting a tournament to allow our readers to choose their own honoree. (Tragically, past winners are not eligible.) Much like another epic March tournament, this competition starts with sixty-four participants.
