All the time I see women calling gay men "bitches" "****s" "F#" etc, and think its fine to disrespect gay men, especially the very effeminate gay men.Or even when they're in a relationship with their boyfriend they call them "bitches" and "gay" "f#" whenever their boyfriends start to get fed up or do anything to defend themselves , and then they have the nerve to say stuff like "I want a gay Bestfriend" and then call them "f#ggts" behind their backs.

I think all men should be respected by women equally.

Probably because gay men disrespect women more often.

I write so many songs about this. It's so confusing. On one hand, we enjoy the extra attention from women but then we realize that it's a vapid relationship and they only see us as a caricature of the GBF. Then they treat homosexuality like a joke and insult. It's demeaning and dehumanizing and turns us into purses or shoes. So saddening and infuriating to see the way homophobia works from the subtle, unconscious effects to the outright demonic aggression.

EDIT: not all women don't generalize. I'm talking about a select group.

This is new to me. i find women very respecting towards gay men. The same cant be said about their male counterpart.

I think it's the opposite. Straight women are more tolerant towards gay men than straight men.

I think it goes both ways. Women and gay men have a strange relationship and each one is different. I don't think its fair to put women and gay men in a box.
