Lady Gaga insists her "Telephone" video featuring Beyonce which has attracted more than 12 million viewers (just after 3 days on Youtube) as... 'groundbreaking" and "will be remembered for a long time!"
The video includes a lesbian kiss, nudity, swearing and murder scenes.
"I told Beyonce this after it aired, you'll see this video is not just great now but six months from now what this video will mean. Hearing people say the video is sadomasochistic or that the video promotes murder for young people, it's my personal belief that the video is getting so much attention not because of those themes because I've done those themes before, haven't I?"
"There are transsexual women and transgender women and suddenly it becomes poisonous and something else because there are some people in this world that believe being gay is a choice. It's not a choice, we're born this way. That's why for me this video is groundbreaking because it has one foot in the art community and one foot in the commercial world.

she didn't say " it will be remember"
btw i disagree with gaga!
maybe it's true that this video is getting attention because there are a lot of gay elements but the media blacklash is because now gaga is super famous!
I think she is loving the controversy over the video, she is a smart girl
I think she likes that its getting attention which is natural but I dont think she likes that there is controversy over the lesbian and transgendered stuff especially because the media have been very really judgemental about it and that that is one thing that I know she really cares seriously about...
I don't think it'll be remembered six months from now, honestly. For the year, we'll look back at on it of course because it's epic. And @ the VMAs if they don't choose "Bad Romance".
