I think that's more understandable because artists commonly release fashion lines, and "Gaga Jeans" sounds like what Gaga would release. Even if Gaga Jeans wasn't a problem at the time, it could be disadvantageous if Gaga ever were to release a fashion line. There's no association with musicians and breast milk, and "Royal Baby Gaga" is specific. Nobody would mistake it for a Lady Gaga product.

I just don't think Gaga has ground here, but I might be wrong.
