The Record was made for Producing outfit Christian Rich for their long awaited New Album FW14. The track has a Nu Disco, Electronic and R&B Sound, with a purposeful attempt to give off a druggy addictive club vibe, laced with Sean's vocals. Many listeners will find this unfamiliar to Sean's bubble Gum Pop Records like Down, Do You Remember, 2012, All I Want, Or Compared to His Emotional / Sultry / Heavy Hitting R&B joints, such as War, Sex101, Mars, Jameson, All I Want, Tears In The Ocean. However Hardcore Nu Disco Fans will know Jay has been remixed by a number of Famed Nu Disco Dj's like Bentley Grey, Deepjack, Mr NU and Mogul in the past, which have racked up millions of listens online. Personally i love a bit of Nu Disco in my playlist and hope it makes its way back to mainstream charts. This is a decent track, however i think Christian Rich could have done more .... this really one of those chill ones you can roll reefa with and kick back to though, this is not nearly as catchy to be played on mainstream radio stations so will most likely not be pushed as a single.
