At present I'll give it a solid 6.
The site is snappier, even with the maintenance going on, and everything loads instantaneously. It could be better, still, so I'll judge in 2 hours.
EDIT: Overall it's a 3.

It's fast now but as everytime they change the server, it won't last for a week.

Does anyone else get redirected to the Uber app on every page they load on mobile now?

I voted 0 but overall I'd rate it a 3. It's absolutely **** at times and hates me for no reason since every other day it doesn't even load unless I use a VPN.
