Katie Hopkins says Zayn Malik's in worrying "freefall" now he's quit the band and split from Perrie Edwards

Motormouth Katie Hopkins loves nothing more than to air her opinion.

And with Zayn Malik hitting the headlines after he broke off his three-year engagement to Perrie Edwards, the controversial columnist has weighed in with her thoughts, saying she believes he's in "freefall".

"He quit the biggest boyband on the planet in order to save his relationship with his fiancée, Perrie. Simon Cowell and his record label Syco dumped Zayn as a solo artist. And just to square a perfect circle, Zayn has dumped Perry" she wrote in her column for The Sun.

Continuing, the mother-of-three said the 22-year-old is now on a downward spiral.

"He is in freefall. I’m no psychic, but if we don’t in the very near future see pictures of Zayn naked and bloated, running barefoot round the M25 with an electric toothbrush up his bottom and crying for his mum, I’ll eat my hat."
