Apparently it has something to do with her sugar levels. But forever angry queen Anabel Pantoja ignited the drama when she started to CRY when leaving the hospital. And if the situation wasn't serious, the police would have already gathered her and put her in her cell.
The most accepted theory is that is a mix of both: she has been getting health problems this couple of months but she has conscientiously triggered a disorder this days so she doesn't get back to prison. I, personally, think that Marina Diamandis poisoned her because she's already being put on notice that the truth is already starting to suffice.
