"Pothead" has negative connotation, but depends on the person's personality and ability to balance their work/play; there's a time and place for everything. Like, if it's somebody that just wakes up smokes, eats and plays video games, we probably will have nothing in common but liking weed.
I'll vote yes because I like weed myself and it would be hypocritical to say "no" based solely on something I personally use. But simply being a person that uses marijuana doesn't necessarily denote one personality type over another.
