Spain Raises Age Of Consent From 13 To 16; Marriage 16 Too
Spain used to have Europe's lowest age of consent set at 13 until a new Civil Code approved this year raised it to 16 and the marriageable age from 14 to 16 as well
The lowest European age is now 14 (teal, Portugal/Italy/etc) and the highest is Turkey's age of 18, Ireland/Cyprus are 17. Light blue is 15 (Iceland for example) and Spain and co are 16.
The Japanese Penal Code sets a minimal age of consent of 13. However, all prefectures and districts have (largely similar) "obscenity ordinances" (淫行条例) that forbid "fornication" (淫行) with anyone under 18 years of age, but exempt sex in the context of a sincere romantic relationship (typically determined by parental approval) <---
The age of marriage is 16 for girls and 18 for boys, with parental consent, or 20 otherwise.

The extremist gitano community in here tend to marry their daughters at a very young age so they are still virgin at the wedding. It's absurb how the age of consent was this low, I guess we never noticed it to change it
