United States - a mix. Obviously Obama is a liberal, but Republicans currently control Congress. That said, the Supreme Court leans liberal, as evidenced by the recent gay marriage ruling.
So I would say:
Executive branch - liberal
Legislative branch - moderate / lean slightly conservative
Judicial branch - moderate / lean slightly liberal

Executive branch - moderate / Liberal
Legislative branch - moderate / Conservative
Judicial branch - moderate / Conservative
Obama has not exactly been the beacon of progressive hope and change he promised to be. In fact I was tempted to put center / right leans left sometimes for Executive. The main reason I can't stand Obama is his unwillingness to engage Congress and knock some heads around like Bill did. He could have accomplished much more working with the Republicans over the years like he did with TPP.
Republicans currently control Congress and they have a massive seat advantage in the House filled with Conservatives, so I can't agree with slightly when they have tried to repeal Obamacare 80 something times. The House is Conservative and the Senate is also but just not as much.
The Supreme Court is still Conservative. Trust me a few votes going towards the Liberals today won't erase what they have done in the past, Citizens United for example, and what might happen in the future. It's a good thing a couple are moderate on the right, it sucks we have mostly activist judges.
RBG probably won't make it another 5 1/2 years so you Liberals better pray Hillary wins. If she does not win I suspect Scalia and Kennedy also might be thinking of packing it in at some point during the term seeing they will be well in to their 80's at the end of it. 25-30 years is actually a long run for a justice.
