It's all so sad, because the album has at the very least 4 hits waiting to happen. The pure pop sound doesn't work in the US right now, but Europe would eat One In A Million, Tattoo and Sparks up
Hilary Duff always had fans very supportative. I remember when "Hilary Duff" album was released in 2004, her stans made an "attack day" just to support the sales of the album and kinda obligated Hollywood Records to release one more single, saying that it had more potential singles which was true.
