Because Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award winner Britney Spears, does not need minor award when she already got the ultimate prize.

Cause its a weak song with a weak video.
(though it has given me hope for Britney's next video, cause she looked like she was actually having fun in the PG video)

MTV didn't fall for the faux hype + barely anyone know the video + the video is bad.
