What are the chances the Justice Department will open a case?

Then you have the Judge hammering the State Department for delaying FOIA requests for over 4 years for no apparent reason. He ordered them to have the documents in court within a week or else.

No lies.

Apparently it was the IG from the CIA and the IG from the State Department. Patrick F. Kennedy might try to squash these requests and not send them to the DoJ, but damage is already being done to Hillary with these inquires. If they sit on them or make them go away it will look like a cover-up. This is not good news for Hillary.
