As I understand it RTB didn't test well with American audiences so they made Imma Be the fourth single instead. So I'm not sure why they'd go and give the US RTB as the fifth single now.

They give it initial test spins in certain markets and report audience feedback to Interscope. That's how many singles are confirmed as viable before they are sent to mainstream radio. This is also what a radio station does before it officially adds a song.

I don't really understand how that works... or how Americans don't like it? That's a hot dance track, US would eat that up. I honestly saw that as their first #1 on Billboard since IGF.
They're filming a video for my favorite song on the album, but not for their current single? Is RTB the 5th US single?
