MTV is making it official — the network no longer counts music as its cornerstone. As of Monday, MTV is sporting a redesigned logo with the phrase “Music Television” removed as its tagline and mainly focused on scripted reality shows like The Hills, The Real World, Jersey Shore, Teen MOM, and etc.

What do you think of the new MTV Logo?!? Do you still wish MTV was about music or you don't care?!?

Fuse > MTV.The VMA's and Movie Awards should move to fuse.

It should just rebrand its self as RTV like Cartoon network did.

Fuse does a pretty good job with music and 106 & Park tends to be better than nothing.

I don't care. I ****ing love reality TV, especially Teen Mom and Jersey Shore. I can watch music videos on YouTube or whatever, when I want to. Or of course I can watch MTV Hits. Either way.

What? MTV is for MUSIC, not this reality ****. I miss the good ol' days of countdowns and non stop hits. This era is terrible.

They still play videos in the morning and stuff. and they have MTV JAMS & MTV HITS.
Nobody wants to sit and watch videos all day.
