Why should she? Her struggle was a huge part of her life. You don't just get over things like that. Plus if she can help her fans / other girls who might be going through the same thing, then good on her. Obviously she didn't have any support during the time she struggled with it herself, if she had a powerful figure to look up to who was spreading positivity like this, perhaps she wouldn't have needed to go to rehab etc.
