I don't think there is any way to measure music's impact on me. I am named after a musician for one. I also went through a rough time for awhile and all I did was listen to music. I know I would be a much different person today if I didn't have it!

Born This Way made me choose an alternative lifestyle.

It has made me a happier person when I felt alone. I also think more and pay attention to lyrics. When I was younger I only cared if a song was catchy.

Immensely. Especially because of Gaga, Paramore and Lana.

It saved my life and let me know that I'm truly not alone in this world and that there are other people that experience the same thoughts, emotions, and similar struggles. It's also made me appreciate how it can connect so many different types of people with immensely different backgrounds, if you ever go to a concert it's amazing because everyone is literally there for one purpose and the energy and excitement are like the biggest natural high I've ever experienced.

It's ruined my life. I wanna be a part of the GP so bad.

Basically this. I reckon it also helped me improve my English skills though, so it's not all that bad.

Thinking about it, my ultimate fave iamamiwhoami in fact inspired me to aspire a career in media and marketing. I don't think I ever would've got there if it hadn't been for Lady Gaga, ATRL and music in general. Gaga was what introduced me to stan culture and later on made me join ATRL; through the board I eventually found out about iamamiwhoami and yeah, here we are.
