The Nuns are legally disputing the Archbishop's right to sell the property. They already sold the property to Hollister, who has moved in already. The Archbishop tried to sell it to Katy for a lower price.
The Archbishop's lawyer has argued that his client has the right to sell the property. The nun's lawyer disputes this and claims his clients were coerced.
The ownership issue is currently in legal dispute. It's a complete mess. There is a difference of $1 million in the prices being offered, hardly marginal.
