Sports: Hockey fans, are you here for NHL Expansion?

The NHL announced today it was formally opening the expansion process. Are you here for more than 30 teams.

With the current condition of teams in Phoenix and Miami.

Of the cities who've expressed interest, which would you pick?

-Las Vegas (Considered the favorite. 85% chance it will happen.)
-Seattle
-Quebec City (Arena will be finished this year, has an ownership group, but a few roadblocks in its way. I'd say 50-60% chance.)
-Hamilton
-2nd team in Toronto (Group putting in application, but Maple Leafs will probably block.)
-Kansas City
-Milwaukee
-Portland, Oregon

It should be noted the West has 2 teams less than the east currently.

Portland and Vegas are the only two American teams I'd support.

Where would you put them? Other than Quebec City is there any other Canadian cities ready?

Kansas City and Seattle for expansion teams, both in the Western Conference (Central and Pacific Divisions respectively).

Quebec City for the relocated Panthers franchise, Las Vegas for the relocated Coyotes franchise (as much as I prefer the relocated team be in OKC, Milwaukee, Portland (OR), or Houston instead).
