I doubt he leaked it himself. Not only did the video show his genitals but it also showed him getting rejected by his gf which isnt something a guy of his level of douche-baggery would want people to see. Plus we've had a string of celebrity iCloud contents leaked over the past year so its possible his account was hacked

What he did was completely wrong on all levels. He can twist his words and make excuses about how he didn't mean to sound conniving or forceful, but she clearly stated that she felt "uncomfortable" and didn't want to perform oral sex on him. Beyond the issue, however, is the blatant fact that he was going to record his UNDERAGE girlfriend giving him a blowjob, and most likely solicit the video to his doucebag friends. The fact that he even had the urge to record something like this is disgusting. He can now add "statutory rapist" in his twitter bio.
