This is one of the most oversimplifications that I've ever seen. These political issues are more delicate than simply going into the country and killing all the bad guys.
If you simply bomb the hell of them, several things will happen:
1) You'll almost certainly incur collateral damage. Is the cost of civilian lives - innocent men, women, and children - really worth the prize of eradicating the terrorist cells?
2) By striking them through military means, you only embolden the cause of those who've already joined, and you risk the possibility of this backfiring and simply giving them more propaganda to convert susceptible potential recruits, potentially increasing the size of the group and thus their influence and control over the region.
3) There are political alliances to consider. You can't to override the sovereignty of a country by entering without their permission. If you do so, then you're no better than someone like Putin who annexed Crimea.
4) Destroying one group will do nothing but create a power vacuum that could allow another potentially more violent or extremist group to fill.
I could keep going. I understand the sentiment behind your post, but to reduce this delicate situation to something as simple as "let's smash and kill all the bad guyz" is a great disservice.
