I would literally go to bed at 7am and wake up at 5pm if I had it my way. And I often do. I'm literally nocturnal. I think at some point of my ancestors' evolution, the men in their 20s must have stayed awake all night to protect their tribe/cave-people.
Definitely a morning person. I perform better in all areas in the morning. Besides when I finish my shenanigans in the morning I'm so happy I still got the rest of the day to laze around

I seriously have a sleeping disorder.
Or maybe it's the fact that you take like 6 scoops of preworkout at 7pm every night you stupid shunt.
I stay up late but I actually prefer morning, it's just a bad habit I have to break. I wish I could sleep from midnight until the sun rises 7 or 8 in the morning when I don't actually have any place to go and I can just relax is one of my fave parts of the day.
Night. I don't know how to explain this condition, but being awake during the day weakens me, makes me feel restless and I cannot do anything except waiting for the time to pass by. I live in a tropical place, so it's almost always sunny and I cannot stand the Sun. For that reason, I avoid to go out during the day. At night on the other hand, I feel very active and creative. I feel happier and I am not reluctant to go out because I prefer the darkness and there are less people.

I went to bed at 6am and slept until 4pm, I'm still up, I cannot get into any routine at all, I seriously think I have a circadian rhythm disorder, I will stay in a routine for a few days and will f**k it up a few days after, I remember when I went to sleep at 6am and didn't get up till at least 2am/3am the next morning.
Night. Has its pros and cons - pro is I won't have as hard a time staying up late when I start going out more in the city soon. Con is I have to wake up super early and only get 5-6 of sleep on the avg night.
My normal bedtime up until 6 mnths ago was 1:30-2:30 am, but lately I've cut it back to 12-1 am, so slight improvement. My ultimate goal is 11 pm-12 am on average. Anything before 11 just feels TOO early for me idk.
I function fine in the morning but I just don't like it, idk. Mornings always move too slow for my liking.
