That's very unfortunate. Also an example of why we need to pay attention whenever we get those "recall notices" in the mail (usually saying that they'll replace the faulty part as needed) or see a news bit like this one.
Also, watch one of the usual suspects run into this thread asking why the government/"SJW"/"libs" are not trying to ban airbags
