June 20th... time is a ticking! When is SCOTUS just going to get this over with? Is there a high chance they will make nationwide gay marriage constitutional? After the mess this month has been, Americans need a victory.

They release opinions on Mondays or at the end of the week. This term is up on the 29th and they have 11 cases left, one of which is marriage. My guess is that they will wait until the final day.

There is also the chance they can do whatever they want, as has been shown in the past, and maybe even rule in early July.

I'm guessing the SSM and Obamacare cases will come last. Hope they don't go into July; keep it in June for Pride.

Obamacare is in trouble I can just feel it.

If they kill it all we are going to hear is Obamacare for the next year.

Marriage ruling will be on the last day the 29th (I predict) and I'm going to be there! Sticking with my earlier prediction of 5-4 in our favor with Kennedy being the deciding vote.

The cost of Obamacare repeal (based on a single sentence) will be an estimated $350+ billion and years of chaos I just don't see happening. I predict a 5-4 ruling keeping it intact with Roberts being the deciding vote again, a ruling given on the newly added Thursday the 25th.

Capital punishment case I have no idea. Pundit predictions are across the board. Ruling could be any day now.

Ha, I'm not taking credit though, I didn't get the final numbers right - Kennedy joined to save healthcare for a 6-3 ruling, not 5-4.

There's still 6 huge cases between today and Monday and I won't predict what's when.

I need it today because I'm tired of not being able to sleep because I'm afraid to sleep through it.

And it would be such a perfect day. Lawrence v Texas and US v Windsor were both revealed on 6/26.

Could be either today or Monday.
