Depending on how many freedoms we want to give up sure there are things that can be done to slow these lone wolf terrorists/racists down but to actually stop them entirely is just not within in the realm of possibility.
The important thing is to realize this Roof guy is not just white he is evil and wants to cause division and we should not allow this POS to get what he wants.
